8 week program beginning January 4, 2022

Our intensive 8 week program will train athletes to compete in their chosen sport at a higher level through improvement of their physical capacities. Our program will provide each student with a systematic introduction to the major functional movements that will be incorporated into an 8-week program designed to improve general overall athleticism in the following core areas: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, and agility with the goal of benefitting each student both in their sport and their everyday life.

  • Meet 3 days a week at our 9,000 square foot strength facility

  • Learn the best way to perform the Squat, Deadlift, and Bench Press

  • Follow a program designed to increase overall strength

  • Train under certified strength coaches
